LCC and OpenMRN Things

- Buttons need de-bouncing set up to work

- EEPROM is only re-initialized when canonical version is changed config.h

- NODEIDs need to be unique, see main.cxx

- Hub application is better than /dev/ttyACMx for JMRI use

- Sometimes rebooting the PC is all you can do.
