Otavi

At Otavi, the railroad from the south splits to Tsumeb (and eventually Oshikango) and Grootfontein. According to Wikipedia, Otavi was downgraded to a "village" in 2004, and back to a "town" in 2010, due to financial mismanagement, but with future cement works and a possible gold mine, keep an eye on this town's growth!!
